The additional cost is to account for materials used in oil painting (canvas, paints, varnish, etc.)












This is a DEPOSIT to reserve your spot for a pet, animal, or familiar portrait painting commission. Total price (ranging from $250 - $500+) will be determined after discussing the size, medium, and level of detail.

 

Invoice and contract for finalized commission price will be emailed to you.

 

50% of total price payment required before painting begins. Remaining 50% payment required before delivering artwork.

 

Oil paintings will have an additional cost to cover physical materials (canvas, paints, varnish, etc). Minimum size for oil paintings is 12x16 inches.

 

Digital painting deliverables are listed below.

  • one RGB file.
  • one CMYK file for print.
  • 8x10 in, 300% dpi.
  • 12x16 in, 300% dpi for paintings with multiple figures.

 

All paintings will be:

  • Portrait/Bust
  • Full Color
  • Simple Background (simple color/gradient or slight texture)
  • Additional secondary elements can be included for additional cost

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • The Artist (Marian Pham) will create a work of art based on the agreed upon description in signed contract. The Artist agrees to create up to three preparatory sketches, from which to obtain Purchaser's approval before beginning the commissioned artwork. The Artist agrees to send one Work In Progress photo of painting during work timeline. These images may be emailed to the purchaser for approval. All sketches are the property of the Artist.

  • Copyright: The Artist retains the copyright to all works commissioned by the Purchaser, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist. Copyright non-transferable with sale.

  • Returns: There are no returns once the Purchaser receives digital deliverables or physical painting of the artwork.
